新媒體運營經(jīng)理

1.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，有醫(yī)療行業(yè)新媒體、自媒體運營項目的和推廣經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；

4.不斷完善自媒體功能和版面，優(yōu)化自媒體用戶體驗，提高用戶滿意度，提高用戶粘性和會員活躍度；

5.負(fù)責(zé)與相關(guān)自媒體，機構(gòu)在營銷和推廣方面的合作，熟悉自媒體的成本控制及營銷手段，建立自媒體品牌知名度；

6.負(fù)責(zé)自媒體運營狀態(tài)監(jiān)控、運營數(shù)據(jù)分析、自媒體用戶行為分析，需求分析和競爭對手自媒體分析，及時了解業(yè)界發(fā)展趨勢，為決策提供依據(jù)。

任職要求：

1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，有營銷策劃能力和營銷策劃的新媒體執(zhí)行能力；

2、擁有較強的文字功底，對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化敏感，能夠準(zhǔn)確把握受眾的心態(tài)，能撰寫出有噱頭、有質(zhì)量、符合市場需要的軟文；；

3、新聞、廣告、營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有營銷策劃、網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣、網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯等工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
